"Know thyself!" that leads to more confidence and self direction and charisma. If you do your self homework women will find you more attractive and desirable. This is simply because you'll be offering them one thing they really like, a strong, confident and sincere gentleman.
Women are people too! No matter how attractive a women appears to you she basically wants a man that she has good camaraderie with. Don't be afraid to just walk up to a woman and start a conversation. Once you take them off of the pedestal and remove them from your list of untouchables your on your way to taking control of this issue. Expect to do some learning along the way and face some rejection too. So what? There's lots of fish in the sea!
In manipulation terms there are tricks and techniques available to you. But my advice is be sincere, cultivate yourself and you'll tend to be the romantic breeze that will sweep a women right off her feet!
Strange as it might sound in my experience women seldom reject a reasonably suitable man until he rejects her 1st! While it seems in society that the "Geek" for example is not appealing to women I believe the reality is that the "Geek" isn't that interested or confident interacting with women and that turns them off. In other words if a man really doesn't want to be interacting with a women she senses it immediately. The guy has already rejected her mentally and emotionally as someone he really isn't comfortable being around though forces of nature compel him to be there! The truth is women are very, very approachable by sincere well intending gentlemen!
